Daily Targets & Work Structure
1. Calling Hours: 4 hours/day, 5 days/week
2. Call Volume: Minimum 18 calls per hour = 72 calls/day minimum
3. Work: Outbound calls to warm/cold leads using provided script + CRM
4. Tools: We provide leads, dialer, script, and training
Compensation - Performance Based
Pay per Appointment basis - no base salary.
1. $7 per qualified appointment booked and confirmed

Requirements
1. Excellent English communication + neutral accent preferred
2. Reliable internet, headset, and quiet workspace
3. Can handle rejection and maintain energy for 4 hours calling
4. Basic computer skills + Google Sheets/CRM
5. Target-driven mindset
