Title Examiner/Title Agent

Advantage Title & Escrow is a rapidly growing Title Company in Northwest and Central Arkansas seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Title Searcher/Title Agent to join our fast-paced team. Desired Skills:

• Must be detail-oriented and possess strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills
• Working knowledge of industry documents (Deeds, mortgages, judgments, probates, etc.)
• Must possess solid computer skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines
• Must be self-motivated

Responsibilities include:

• Researching public records
• Compiling research into search reports to be reviewed by the Title Examiner
• Understanding and complying with policies, laws, and regulations accordingly.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
