About the Role:


Snapscale is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Spanish Bilingual Appointment Setter to support a US-based healthcare client in a remote setup. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging prospective and existing patients, managing the sales pipeline, and driving patient enrollment into concierge healthcare services. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, possesses excellent communication skills, and is confident handling inbound and outbound calls while building strong relationships with patients.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing patients
  • Follow up with leads to encourage engagement and patient enrollment
  • Build rapport with prospective members and effectively communicate the value of concierge healthcare services
  • Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through enrollment using GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM
  • Maintain accurate notes, update pipeline stages, and ensure complete CRM documentation
  • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate follow-up calls or consultations
  • Handle objections professionally using empathy and effective communication techniques
  • Provide regular updates and reports on call outcomes, enrollment progress, and pipeline status to management

Requirements


  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish
  • Experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, or sales development
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients is preferred
  • Experience using CRM platforms, preferably GoHighLevel (GHL), is an advantage
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
