The Appian Solution Architect will lead the strategy, design, and implementation of enterprise applications using the Appian platform. They will also provide technical leadership for integration initiatives, DevOps practices, and cloud-based architecture development.
CTG is seeking to fill an Appian Solution Architect position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 10 months
Duties:
Lead the strategy, architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise applications using the Appian platform.
Provide technical leadership for Appian development and enterprise application integration initiatives.
Design scalable application and data architectures supporting cloud-based and hybrid environments.
Develop and implement integration frameworks, automation solutions, and modernization strategies.
Partner with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure solutions.
Guide DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure-as-code initiatives.
Support cloud governance and ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and security standards.
Lead technical teams and provide guidance on architecture, development, integration, and platform best practices.

Appian platform architecture and application development
Enterprise application integration and automation
Snowflake, AWS, and DynamoDB
Big Data ecosystems and scalable data architectures
Cloud-based and hybrid cloud solutions
Application architecture patterns and modernization strategies
DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure as code
Cloud governance and enterprise architecture
Experience:
10+ years of experience in the healthcare domain.
Extensive hands-on experience with Snowflake, AWS, DynamoDB, and Big Data technologies.
Proven experience designing and implementing scalable data architectures and cloud-based solutions.
Strong experience with application architecture, enterprise integrations, and modernization initiatives.
Experience leading technical teams and enterprise application development efforts.
Experience implementing DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure-as-code solutions.
Healthcare domain knowledge is preferred.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $80.00 to $100.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
