Salesforce Business Analyst and Business Systems professional with 16+ years of overall experience and 6+ years of specialized Salesforce experience, partnering directly with business leaders and enterprise clients across the US, Europe, and Middle East. Experienced in acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and Salesforce delivery teams, with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Proven ability to lead discovery workshops, requirements engineering, current/future-state process mapping, functional solution design, backlog prioritization, user story definition, UAT and business sign-off. Experienced in challenging and refining business requirements to identify the underlying business problem, evaluate process improvements and determine practical Salesforce solutions.
Strong background in sales-to-service and sales-to-operations workflows, including opportunity management, customer service, assets, contracts, work orders, scheduling, field operations, integrations and reporting. Successfully delivered Salesforce initiatives for US and international clients, including United Site Services, Shift4 Payments and Thomson Reuters, while collaborating with senior business stakeholders, architects, developers and cross-functional delivery teams.
Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Field Service Consultant and Data Cloud Consultant, with additional Agent force and Marketing Cloud credentials.
9–15 years of relevant experience
7+ years of Salesforce experience
Strong Sales Cloud knowledge
Experience as Salesforce BA / Product Owner / Functional Consultant
Strong requirement for gathering and process mapping skills
Experience with user stories and acceptance criteria
Backlog management and prioritization
Functional Salesforce solution design experience
UAT and release management experience
Good stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working with US clients
Comfortable working in US Eastern Time
Salesforce certifications preferred
Construction / manufacturing / distribution experience is a plus
