Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.?  Vishay Americas, Inc. (Sales) is currently seeking applicants for AMS Sales Support & Administration Team Member.  

Job Location: Remote within the US.

What you will be doing:

Compliance and Legal Support

  • Assist with the preparation, formatting, and review of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for contracts, compliance records, and legal correspondence.
  • Coordinate document execution, signatures, and archiving.
  • Support compliance, ethics and regulatory reporting by gathering data and liaise with internal stakeholders and internal/external counsel as needed.
  • Maintain and update the Compliance Matrix, a centralized tool mapping for U.S. DoD requirements (FAR/DFARS/ITAR).
  • Conduct annual reviews of the matrix to incorporate regulatory changes, perform risk assessments for high-risk regions (e.g., ITAR-restricted countries), and support cross-border subcontract approvals.
  • Monitor regulatory updates (e.g., CMMC 2.0, NIST SP 800-171) and coordinate supplier surveys and policies.

General Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative, analytical support and process improvements to the AMS team.
  • Executes non-routine and case-specific analytics to support stakeholder (inside and outside own team).
  • Acts as 2nd level support for requests, for customers and other stakeholders involved (Sales, Division Support and Corporate) and takes further investigations to clarify issues.
  • Use advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts, Power BI) to create reports, track expenses, and analyze data.
  • Support team projects, prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence as required. 
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Performs independent judgement on subjects of relevance for the process assigned

What you will bring along:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, legal studies, or related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • 5+ years of administrative support experience, preferably supporting legal, customer service or global supply chain compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy with problem-solving and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with basic knowledge of legal terminology.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • High level of discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Experience with contract management systems or software (e.g., SAP, Workday, Exostar, etc.).
  • In-depth understanding of FAR/DFARS Parts 44 & 52, ITAR/EAR, DCMA Manual 2301, DoD Class Deviations, and the global supply chain compliance matrix.
  • Experience with CMMC Level 2/3 supply chain flow-downs.
  • Familiarity with A&D-specific risks (e.g., counterfeit parts mitigation per DFARS 246.870), and obsolescence risk management.
