About the Client

Our client is a prominent payment gateway and card processing provider serving merchants globally. They specialize in card acquiring, global payment acceptance, pay-in and pay-out flows, flexible settlements, and comprehensive reporting. Their in-house built gateway and customizable integrations support a wide range of regional payment methods, making them a key player in the payment service industry.

Role Overview

As the AML Onboarding Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to manage the full client onboarding lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and compliant process. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Europe. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating onboarding processes, liaising with financial partners, and contributing to the improvement of internal workflows. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and success of the client's onboarding operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full client onboarding lifecycle from initial engagement to successful activation.
• Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure timely execution of all required steps.
• Prepare, maintain, and oversee documentation packages, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal and partner requirements.
• Liaise with banks, payment providers, and other financial partners regarding client onboarding matters.
• Respond promptly to incoming requests and provide all necessary information in a timely manner.
• Monitor application statuses and proactively drive next steps to ensure successful completion of onboarding processes.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal workflows and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in onboarding B2B clients, underwriting, or compliance operations.
• Mandatory experience within fintech, payments, PSPs, e-commerce, or other financial services environments.
• Understanding of client onboarding processes and related regulatory requirements.
• Fluent Russian and English, both written and spoken.
• Practical experience using AI tools to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Previous experience collaborating with banks, PSP, or other financial industries.
• Languages: English C1, Russian C1.
• Experience in fintech
