  • A+ Content Management: Build, upload, and maintain accurate and engaging A+ Content across assigned brands.

  • Catalogue Management: Manage product attributes, identifiers, category mapping, parent-child relationships, variation families, and other catalogue data.

  • Listing Health & Maintenance: Monitor listings and promptly resolve suppressions, stranded inventory, content discrepancies, compliance flags, and other catalogue issues.

  • Flat File Management: Prepare and upload Amazon flat files while independently diagnosing and correcting formatting, validation, and upload errors.

  • Issue Investigation: Identify the root cause of ASIN conflicts, identifier mismatches, incorrect product associations, blocked variations, and legacy catalogue issues.

  • Case Management: Create, manage, and escalate Seller Central and Vendor Central cases, following through with Amazon Support until issues are resolved.

  • Marketplace Management: Maintain accurate and consistent catalogue content across assigned Amazon marketplaces, including the UK, EU, and US.

  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure listings follow brand standards and Amazon’s applicable category, content, safety, and compliance requirements.

  • Creative Asset Coordination: Brief creative requirements and review completed images and content assets against Amazon’s listing standards.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to maintain accurate product data, prioritize catalogue updates, and support new product launches.
