Analyse von Performance-Daten und Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen
Entwicklung von Account-Strategien und Priorisierung von Maßnahmen
Steuerung und Koordination interner Spezialisten
Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Kundenmeetings
Briefing und Delegation von Aufgaben sowie Nachhalten von Deadlines
Qualitätssicherung und Kontrolle der Umsetzung
Proaktive Kommunikation mit Kunden und internen Teams
Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, SOPs und Best Practices
Einsatz von AI-Tools für Analyse, Recherche und effiziente Arbeitsabläufe
Das bringst du mit:
Mindestens 2 Jahre praktische Amazon-Erfahrung im Seller- oder Vendor-Umfeld
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Amazon Advertising, Content, SEO, Conversion und Operations
Erfahrung in der Analyse von Performance-Daten
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Strukturierte, eigenständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung und im Projektmanagement
Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Idealerweise Erfahrung in einer Amazon-Agentur oder mit B2B-Kunden
