Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AJO Technical Account Manager with strong hands-on Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) implementation experience.

Hands-on Adobe Journey Optimizer implementation experience is required and non-negotiable.

We are prioritizing strong technical depth, including:

Troubleshooting complex Adobe Journey Optimizer implementations.
Strong understanding of AJO/AEP data architecture.
Working directly with Product Engineering.
Driving technical issues through investigation and resolution.
Minimum 7 years of experience in technical consulting, implementation, or architecture.
