Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI SME to support the ongoing operations, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise AI solutions across Azure and Microsoft Power Platform environments. This role will ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of AI-driven systems while supporting enhancements and governance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support AI/ML solutions deployed in Azure AI services
- Manage and support Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, AI Builder, Copilot Studio)
- Monitor system performance, usage, and model health
- Troubleshoot issues across AI pipelines and integrations
- Implement enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices
- Collaborate with business teams to optimize AI solutions
- Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and operational processes
Required Skills
Core AI / Cloud
- Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, ML)
- Understanding of LLM-based solutions & copilots
- Basic MLOps concepts (monitoring, retraining, lifecycle mgmt)
Microsoft Ecosystem
- Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
- Copilot Studio / AI Builder experience preferred
Engineering / Ops
- Scripting (Python, PowerShell preferred)
- API integrations
- Incident management + production support
Soft Skills
- Strong stakeholder communication
- Ability to translate business needs into AI/system improvements
- Documentation & knowledge transfer
Nice-to-Have
- Healthcare/Payer experience (big plus for AmeriHealth)
- Experience with governance frameworks (Responsible AI)
- CI/CD for AI workloads
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $70.00 to $80.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
