AI Summary

The AI Solutions Architect leads the technical execution of AI initiatives by selecting, building, and integrating agentic AI tools into the company's existing stack. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and effectively adopted by staff.

Job Summary:

The AI Solutions Architect is responsible for working with the AI Business Analyst to, analyze, select, test and implement the AI tools and systems that power how our business operates. This person takes the process insights surfaced by the AI Business Process Analyst and determines the right technical approach, evaluating vendors and platforms, building or configuring agentic solutions, and ensuring that what gets deployed works in practice.

This role leads the AI initiative from a technical execution standpoint. That means making strategic decisions about which tools belong in our stack, how they connect to existing systems, and how staff will be trained and supported as new capabilities are introduced. The right candidate stays current of what’s happening within the AI landscape.  They will bring conviction, a proven portfolio, and the communication skills to make AI accessible across the organization. This is a player-coach role: you will be doing the work, not overseeing it from a distance.

Our AI Solutions Architect will design and build within SOC 2 data security controls, partnering directly with IT and Cyber Security to ensure every tool we deploy handles company and client data safely and securely

Duties/Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

AI Tool Selection & Architecture

Lead rigorous "Build vs. Buy vs. Partner" evaluations for all components of the AI ecosystem, determining the most efficient path to deliver business value while balancing speed-to-market against long-term technical ownership and scalability.

Define the company's AI tooling architecture, including where solutions are hosted, how tools integrate with existing systems (CRM, ad platforms, analytics systems, etc.)

Build in guardrails that prevent unnecessary or excessive token use before a solution reaches production

Own the technical AI roadmap, sequencing initiatives, managing dependencies, and communicating trade-offs clearly to leadership

Continuously assess the evolving AI landscape and make timely, well-reasoned recommendations about when to adopt, replace, or retire tools

Agentic & Workflow Automation

Implement agentic AI solutions that can act, make decisions within defined parameters, and reduce manual intervention across key workflows

Build and configure multi-step AI workflows and solutions that connect across tools and departments

Ensure solutions are reliable, auditable, and built with appropriate guardrails and failure handling

Implementation & Integration

Own AI solutions end to end: design, build, deploy, monitor, improve. Work from the problem definition and success criteria set by the AI Business Analyst

Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure solutions integrate cleanly into existing workflows

Maintain clear documentation on system architecture, tool configurations, and integration dependencies

Monitor solution performance post-deployment and iterate based on real-world usage and feedback

Staff Enablement & Training

Support the AI Business Analyst in building and delivering training programs, owning the technical accuracy and acting as the escalation point for questions regarding materials

Create accessible resources guides, demos, that meet team members where they are regardless of technical background

Serve as an internal resource for AI-related questions, troubleshooting, and best practices

Promote responsible AI usage and help the organization develop clear norms around how AI tools are used

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with the AI Business Process Analyst to translate operational findings into technically sound solution designs

Engage with department leads and leadership to align on priorities, surface blockers, and report on initiative progress

Support change management efforts by ensuring teams feel prepared and supported as new tools are introduced

Security, Compliance, and Release Readiness

Surface SOC 2 and data-handling implications before build work starts

Triage and resolve issues during UAT, confirming guardrails hold up under real testing conditions

Prepare release packages, finalize technical documentation, and define rollback plans ahead of go-live

Required Skills/Abilities:

A portfolio of AI solutions you have personally built and deployed, with clear evidence of the business impact each delivered

Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks and tools; our current stack includes: Claude/Claude Code, Gemini, Monday.com AI

Experience integrating AI tools across existing tech stacks, including CRMs, ad platforms, and analytics systems

Strong understanding of how AI applies in performance marketing, media, analytics, or lead generation environments (preferred)

Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Experience training or enabling staff on new tools and technologies with patience, structure, and genuine commitment to adoption success

All applicants should be well versed in working within SOC 2 data security requirements

Experience working with IT and Security teams to configure SSO and role-based access within AI tools and applications (Okta experience preferred)

Direct experience deploying applications built on Claude or comparable LLMs and (API integration preferred).

A practical, outcome-oriented mindset this role succeeds when solutions are used and delivering results, not just when they are built

Experience with AEO/SEO is a plus
