Here's how you will contribute to the success of the company
As an AI Product Manager, you will help shape the future our AI-native Platform, where agents are as much of a focus as APIs, data, and user experiences. You will define and execute the AI product strategy and roadmap by identifying high-impact use cases, prioritizing multi-agent systems, orchestration layers, and LLM-based workflows, and partnering with engineering to evaluate and scope models, measure performance, and establish guardrails for accuracy, cost, and responsible application of AI. You will own the lifecycle of AI features, from discovery and experimentation through rollout, measurement, and continuous iteration, while serving as the voice of the customer to ensure the platform consistently meets the evolving needs of our partners, their clients, internal users and clients, and delivers on Sherweb’s growth objectives.
Here's what your day-to-day will look like in this role
- Platform & Agent Strategy: Define the vision for an AI-native platform, prioritizing agentic architectures, multi-agent orchestration, and LLM-based workflows as core building blocks of Sherweb's growth.
- Product Roadmap: Own the roadmap for agents, orchestration services, and AI workflows, balancing first-party agent experiences with third-party extensibility for partners and their vendors of choice.
- Market & Ecosystem Analysis: Track the rapidly evolving landscape of foundation models, agent frameworks (MCP, A2A protocols), orchestration tooling, and competitor agent ecosystems, translating marketplace intelligence into strategy.
- Marketing & Sales Alignment: Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to develop action plans, communication strategies, and sales tools that clearly articulate the value and capabilities of an agentic platform and its integration ecosystem.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage clients (both internal & external), partners, and external vendors to capture agent workflow needs, drive integrations and extensibility, and promote responsible adoption.
- Resource Management & Enablement: Mentor peers and build organizational fluency in LLMs, agent design, evaluations, RAG, and responsible AI practices.
- Performance Metrics: Analyze sales results, customer feedback, internal feedback, and AI-specific telemetry (model accuracy, latency, cost, adoption, and quality signals) to refine strategies, offerings, and customer satisfaction goals. Drive processes to help the organization lead with data and run impactful experimentation through AI.
- Leadership: Represent Sherweb as a voice in the agentic AI and platform ecosystem space, championing responsible AI and an open, extensible vision.
Here's what you need to have and master to get the job
- Bachelor or College degree in Business Administration or Information Technology or equivalent combination of academic and experiences. An MBA is considered an asset.
- At least 4 years of proven experience in product management within a technology-driven business is required.
- Experience with modern AI models, AI-driven feature set implementation, spec-driven development, and data-informed iteration through experimentation, telemetry, and continuous model and product optimization.
- Candidates should have prior experience and a good understanding of the IT Channel and MSP (Managed Service Provider) industry.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English; French proficiency is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with key vendors, partners, and industry experts.
- Experience in data analysis, forecasting, and setting performance metrics.
- Must be self-driven, results oriented, and capable of operating autonomously.
