Get ready to

• Create high-performing AI-powered video ads for user acquisition campaigns

• Bring fresh visual styles, concepts, and creative directions into Memowrite ads

• Work closely with marketers, creative strategist, and designers to develop and test new creative hypotheses

• Use AI tools to significantly increase creative production speed and volume

• Mentor and support a team of designers in AI video workflows and prompting techniques

• Research and implement the newest AI video tools and models into the team’s workflow

• Combine AI-generated visuals with editing, motion design, sound, pacing, and storytelling to create polished performance creatives

• Continuously analyze what performs and iterate quickly based on data and feedback

We expect you to

• Have strong hands-on experience with AI video generation tools such as Veo, Kling, Runway, Sora, Pika, Midjourney, Flux, and others

• Be curious and excited about experimenting with new AI tools, workflows, and creative formats

• Have experience building or scaling AI-assisted creative workflows

• Possess strong motion design and video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)

• Understand what makes performance marketing creatives effective, with strong visual taste and the ability to create emotional, realistic, and engaging content

• Thrive in fast-paced, highly iterative environments where testing and experimentation are constant; experience in startups, tech, or performance marketing is a strong plus

• Have strong communication skills and a willingness to share knowledge and teach others on the team

Salary

Gross salary range is 2100 – 3500 EUR/month.

Location

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
