The Role

We seek a skilled AI Model Training and Deployment Intern to join our all-star engineering team building the next generation of Flexspring’s AI tools and services. At Flexspring, you’ll help us develop, using AI agents, our cutting-edge iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) that integrates HR applications.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with a group of technological experts to explore AI opportunities and apply business logic to create scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Use a low-code AI studio to design, train, and refine AI models.
• Translate business requirements into effective AI workflows.
• Customize and configure pre-built AI components to fit project needs.

• Organize, preprocess, and manage datasets to optimize AI training.
• Implement strategies for cleaning, augmenting, and validating data.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and source data for specific use cases.

• Maintain thorough documentation of development processes and decisions.

What You Bring

Must Have

• Currently pursuing a Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with low-code/no-code AI tools (e.g., Azure AI Studio or similar platforms).
• Proficiency in Java, React.js or other programming languages.
• Strong foundation in software architecture and business logic principles.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Software development experience with Java, Groovy, REST API, SOAP Web Service, Graph QL, ReactJS, and JMS
