Role Overview

The AI Engineer will refine and enhance an internal operating system by implementing and optimizing advanced AI solutions and large language models. This role sits at the intersection of AI research and practical software engineering, requiring hands-on proficiency across C#, C++, Python, and React to deliver scalable, high-performance AI features. The AI Engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional development teams to ensure seamless deployment, continuous improvement, and measurable business impact.

Fully Remote (Work from Home) | 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities

AI Development & Implementation

• Enhance the existing internal operating system with advanced AI features and capabilities.

• Integrate new large language models (LLMs) to expand and improve overall system functionality.

• Develop and optimize AI algorithms to support core business workflows and operational processes.

System Architecture & Integration

• Develop within a software stack built on C#, C++, Python, and React foundations.

• Design scalable AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with the current system architecture.

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth deployment and ongoing maintenance of AI features.

Performance Optimization

• Monitor and optimize AI model performance for efficient resource utilization across the system.

• Troubleshoot technical issues related to AI implementation and system integration.

• Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure high-quality, reliable AI solutions.

Qualifications — Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in AI engineering or machine learning development.

• Strong software development background with proficiency in C#, C++, Python, and React.

• Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and AI model integration into production systems.

• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and AI development tools.

• Demonstrated experience with system architecture and integration projects at scale.
