Position Summary

The AI Developer will own the integration and interface lifecycle of enterprise AI tools. The role will partner with operations and engineering to build custom user interfaces, refine AI prompts, and ensure AI investments deliver highly usable applications that drive operational efficiency. The role requires a creative builder who can balance prompt engineering with front-end development to drive adoption across business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate generative AI APIs and large language models (LLMs) into internal operational dashboards
• Develop custom, intuitive user interfaces that allow operations teams in Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency to interact with AI
• Write, refine, and test prompts to ensure AI outputs are accurate and safe for financial workflows
• Rapidly prototype new AI tools in collaboration with the AI Project Manager
• Establish KPIs tied to user engagement, interface response times, and prompt accuracy

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack or front-end software development
• Demonstrated ability to build intuitive user interfaces and integrate external APIs
• Hands-on experience working with LLM APIs and advanced prompt engineering
• Ability to work effectively with operations teams to understand end-user needs
• Experience in financial services or fund administration preferred but not required
• Strong UX/UI sensibilities and a focus on human-in-the-loop design
• Operator mindset with a focus on execution and user-centric outcomes
