AI Data Annotator – Technical Content (Greek-speaking)

Company Description

An Enterprise client is seeking Greek-speaking Data Annotators with strong technical aptitude to support the evaluation and improvement of AI-generated audio responses.

In this role, you will assess a combination of customer service interactions and technical content, reviewing AI-generated responses for language quality, technical accuracy, JSON structure, formatting, and overall usefulness. You'll help ensure responses are clear, natural, accurate, and aligned with established quality guidelines.

We're looking for candidates who are comfortable working with JSON and basic coding concepts, have excellent attention to detail, and can confidently evaluate both the customer experience and the technical correctness of AI responses.

Job Description

• Participate in live, real-time voice conversations with AI systems in Greek.
• Review, annotate, and label conversation transcripts.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses using structured evaluation guidelines and provide clear written justifications for your ratings.
• Assess responses for language fluency, customer experience, technical accuracy, JSON structure, formatting, and overall quality.
• Capture and submit required session artifacts, including audio recordings, Session IDs, and tool-call/console logs.
• Prepare your work environment and verify all required tools before each evaluation session.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Greek (Greece), with C1/C2-level proficiency. Speaking and listening skills will be assessed as part of the selection process.
• Strong technical aptitude, including the ability to read, validate, troubleshoot, and identify structural or formatting issues in JSON.
• Familiarity with basic programming and computational concepts.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate both the customer experience and the technical accuracy of AI-generated responses.
• Reliable audio setup capable of producing clear, high-quality recordings with minimal background noise.
