AI Creative Designer

We’re currently looking for an AI Creative Designer to join a business that is developing an AI-powered platform for creating advertising creatives and launching digital campaigns.

The product automates key stages of the digital advertising process — from creating ad creatives to launching and optimizing campaigns. It enables businesses to test advertising ideas faster, launch more campaigns, and identify which creatives perform best with their audiences.

What will be your focus:

• Create high-quality ad creatives for paid social campaigns based on briefs, marketing goals, and ad performance insights.
• Develop visual concepts and produce videos, images, animations, music, and voiceovers using AI tools.
• Experiment with AI tools and workflows to create fresh, engaging ad creatives that capture the audience's attention.
• Independently propose original ideas, visual solutions, and creative concepts that go beyond the initial brief.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative and Product teams on developing and improving ad creatives.
• Adapt ad materials to different formats, placements, and campaign requirements, including Meta Ads.
• Work effectively on multiple tasks at the same time, maintain high quality of work, and meet deadlines.

You’re a great fit if you:

• Have hands-on experience creating visual and video content with AI for advertising or digital marketing.
• Have experience with AI tools such as Kling, Veo, Higgsfield, Suno, ElevenLabs, and Lovart, as well as CapCut for editing and post-production.
• Have experience collaborating with Creative and Product teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand the specifics of ad creatives for paid social and ad formats, particularly on Meta platforms.
• Have strong creative thinking and the ability to turn briefs into engaging and effective visual concepts.
• Can organize your work independently, set priorities, and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
• Are ready to experiment with new AI tools, techniques, and approaches to content creation.
• Have a portfolio with examples of AI creatives, videos, or advertising projects.
