Your Impact

As an Agile Delivery Manager (all genders) at eduki, you'll close our delivery coverage gap helping every team build clear delivery rhythms and adopt our new delivery framework, while shaping a setup where delivery becomes more predictable, transparent, and scalable across the organization. Here are the key tasks and responsibilities that you will be taking on to achieve this goal:

• Framework & Documentation: You implement eduki's shared delivery framework within your domain and create the documentation — checklists, agreements, guides — that makes it actually stick, not just exist on paper.
• Delivery Rhythms & Coaching: You help teams build clear delivery rhythms and coach them on delivery practices, adapting your approach to each team's maturity level rather than a one-size-fits-all playbook.
• Continuous Improvement & Release Readiness: You identify recurring bottlenecks and delivery gaps, propose practical improvements, and support teams through release and post-release practices.
• Metrics, Dashboards & Jira: You define delivery metrics and dashboards and own the Jira setup — boards, workflows, automations — that makes delivery health and progress visible.

Your Skills and Expertise

We are searching for an Agile Delivery Manager (all genders) who would like to demonstrate their delivery expertise, coaching mindset, and data-driven approach to achieve our mission to enhance education. Furthermore, you should check the following boxes: 

• You have experience in Delivery Management, Agile Delivery, Scrum Master, or a similar delivery-focused role within a product company, with hands-on experience across the full delivery lifecycle — planning, execution, dependency management, release preparation, and retrospectives.
• You have hands-on experience with Jira (boards, filters, dashboards, workflows, reporting, automations) and know how to use delivery metrics to spot risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• You're a strong communicator who's worked across multiple stakeholders — Product, Engineering, QA, and Leadership — and can turn agreements into clear, practical delivery documentation.
• You're a natural coach with an ownership mindset — you take responsibility for outcomes and follow-through, and adapt your approach depending on each team's maturity level.
• You feel comfortable communicating in English and working in an international team.

Please note: Due to legal restrictions, we can only hire candidates living in Ukraine. Additionally, you’ll need to be registered as sole proprietor (FOP). 

Our Commitment to You

Attractive Compensation Package: We are committed to providing a salary that reflects both market standards and individual qualifications. Depending on your skills and competencies, as well as your individual performance, the gross annual salary will range between 31.200 EUR and 39.800 EUR. The gross monthly rate is centered around 2.950 EUR.
