An international sport booking platform is seeking a detail-driven full-time, remote After-Sales & Reservations Operations Specialist to join their international remote team. You'll take complete ownership of the customer journey once a booking is confirmed. The role serves as the central operational link between clients, golf courses, hotels, and resorts, ensuring that every booking details are meticulously checked, confirmed, and seamlessly delivered from the initial transaction through to the client's return home.

Operating in a fast-paced, international setting, this hands-on opportunity focuses on delivering outstanding operational accuracy and elevated customer experiences. The function involves managing booking amendments, coordinating directly with global hospitality partners, maintaining internal operational data, and resolving travel-related issues with high accountability and composure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review hotel and golf course confirmations against initial booking details to ensure complete accuracy across guest names, dates, room types, tee times, inclusions, and transfers.
  • Convert supplier confirmations into accurate, clear, and professional confirmation communications for clients.
  • Manage client requests including booking amendments, tee-time adjustments, room and transfer requests, and special enquiries.
  • Communicate directly with international hotels, resorts, golf courses, and operational partners to confirm bookings, action requests, and resolve potential issues.
  • Take direct ownership of booking issues arising before, during, or after a trip, liaising with relevant suppliers to achieve effective resolutions.
  • Monitor incoming supplier communications to update contact details, rates, policies, stop-sales, maintenance windows, and operational information within internal systems.
  • Obtain and maintain up-to-date hotel and golf course rates, promotional offers, and booking conditions.
  • Issue welcome-home communications to clients and follow through on any outstanding enquiries to full resolution.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge base maintenance and identify opportunities to optimise reservation and after-sales processes.


Requirements

  • Experience gained within travel, managing reservations, or online booking platforms.
  • Proven meticulous attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and discrepancies.
  • Demonstrated organisational skills with experience managing multiple bookings, enquiries, and deadlines concurrently.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills for professional communication with global clients and international suppliers.
  • High level of accountability and ability to work independently within a remote team structure.
  • Comfortable handling detailed operational data, navigating booking systems, and learning new online technology tools quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, remaining calm, professional, and solution-focused during time-sensitive or unexpected operational issues.
  • Sound judgment regarding when to act independently and when to seek operational clarification.
  • Responsible approach to technology and AI tools, ensuring all output is reviewed and fact-checked for accuracy prior to distribution.
