Our global-scale operations are based on strong internal expertise, analytics, and data research. We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics.

We are looking for an Affiliate Launch Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new affiliates, launching and testing them within a defined budget, and handing off successful partners to the scaling team. This is a dynamic position at the heart of our partner ecosystem, ideal for someone who loves building relationships and working with data in equal measure.

Job Description

• Onboard new affiliate partners and manage them through the launch and testing phase within a defined budget;

• Build warm, trust-based relationships with partners and maintain regular communication;

• Monitor and analyze partner performance on a daily basis, assess traffic quality and key metrics;

• Work with traffic acquisition sources, funnels, and buying models to evaluate partner effectiveness;

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new partnership opportunities;

• Maintain accurate reporting in Excel / Tableau;

• Attend industry conferences to network with current and potential partners;

• Transfer high-performing partners to the scaling team with full handoff documentation.

Qualifications

• Intermediate level of English or higher;

• 6+ months of experience in affiliate marketing;

• Experience managing a high volume of partners simultaneously;

• Ability to work with analytics and assess campaign performance;

• Proficiency in Excel; Tableau experience is a plus;

• Understanding of the main traffic acquisition sources, funnels, and buying models;

• Ability to conduct research;

• Experience in the iGaming/betting vertical is optional, but welcome;

• Mobility and willingness to travel to conferences;

• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people;

• Analytical mindset combined with stress resistance and the ability to work at a fast pace;

• Proactive, responsible, and adaptable;

• Honest and straightforward in team interactions, with a collaborative approach to work.
