AES - Delivery - Digital Test Automation Engineer

Zensar Technologies Limited is seeking a skilled UAT Tester to join the AES - Delivery - Digital Test Automation team. The candidate will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, execute, and validate comprehensive UAT scenarios for Cisco Order Management solutions, ensuring seamless forward and reverse order processing and successful go‑live deployments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into detailed UAT scenarios and test cases.
• Prepare UAT test plans, scripts, data sets, and expected results.
• Execute end‑to‑end UAT for forward and reverse order workflows.
• Validate Cisco‑related functionality, configurations, integrations, and business processes.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and business users to resolve defects.
• Log, track, prioritize, and retest defects using Jira or similar tools.
• Participate in UAT status meetings and go‑live readiness discussions.
• Provide daily/weekly UAT status reports, defect summaries, and execution metrics.
• Obtain business/user sign‑off upon successful UAT completion.
• Support production validation and post‑implementation verification as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands‑on UAT testing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Order Management domain, preferably Cisco Order Management.
• Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Application development.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to create and manage test data, scripts, and documentation.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as Jira.
• Understanding of digital test automation concepts and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
