The AES – Delivery – Digital Test Automation Engineer will be responsible for end‑to‑end testing of Oracle R12 Order Management, Inventory, SCM and Finance modules. Working closely with business and end‑user communities, the role involves designing test scenarios, authoring automated test cases, executing Business Acceptance Testing, supporting User Acceptance Testing, and driving delivery across dual‑shore and multi‑vendor teams in an Agile setting.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design comprehensive test scenarios for functional, BAT and UAT testing.
- Author and maintain automated test scripts using industry‑standard tools.
- Execute Business Acceptance Testing and support User Acceptance Testing with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business users and end‑users to validate end‑to‑end supply chain processes.
- Participate in daily scrum, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Lead delivery and execution of test activities across dual‑shore and multi‑vendor teams.
- Provide defect triage, root‑cause analysis, and status reporting.
- Leverage knowledge of Oracle Order Management, Inventory, SCM and Finance (R12) in test design.
- Develop and maintain basic PL/SQL scripts for data validation and test setup.
- Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement in test automation practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in functional, BAT and UAT testing.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in Scrum teams.
- Experience with Oracle R12 Order Management, Inventory, SCM and Finance modules.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL for data validation.
- Knowledge of supply chain or service contract management processes; Cisco Service Supply Chain experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in Agile environments and understanding of Agile principles.
- Experience working in dual‑shore or multi‑vendor team structures.
- Ability to lead test delivery and drive execution.
- Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT) and scripting languages.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
