Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business goals.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and customer requirements.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and release plans.
- Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, development teams, UX designers, and QA teams.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure timely delivery of product releases and achievement of business outcomes.
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements using data-driven insights.
- Communicate product updates, risks, and dependencies to leadership and stakeholders.
