Adobe AEP Architect - 100% Remote (Fluent Spanish and English)

At The Whiteam Consulting, we are looking for an experienced Adobe Experience Platform Solution Architect to join our projects focused on the design, evolution, and integration of enterprise Customer Interaction platforms. The selected candidate will work across business, functional, and technical areas, contributing to the architecture of solutions based on Adobe Experience Platform and its surrounding ecosystem.

We are looking for professionals with strong experience in Adobe Experience Platform, especially Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), combined with solid knowledge of data architecture and solution architecture in AWS environments. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at different levels, from business and functional teams to technical and architecture teams.

Responsibilities

Product Definition – 40%

• Define the enterprise, functional, and solution architecture of the Customer Interaction platform.

• Design architectures primarily involving Martech solutions such as Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and Adobe Workfront.

• Define the architecture of in-house integration components connecting the global platform with local systems.

• Design scalable and secure data and integration architectures, particularly in AWS environments.

• Translate business and functional requirements into appropriate technical and architectural solutions.

• Establish integration patterns and architectural principles for the platform and its surrounding ecosystem.

• Ensure consistency between the global platform architecture and local implementations.

Program Support – 40%

• Work closely with program teams implementing the global platform across different countries.

• Define and validate the best integration architecture between the global platform and local systems.

• Provide architectural guidance throughout implementation and evolution projects.

• Act as a technical and architectural point of contact for Adobe Experience Platform solutions.

• Collaborate with business, functional, and technical stakeholders to identify requirements and resolve architectural challenges.

• Ensure that implementations are aligned with the target architecture and enterprise standards.

• Support technical decision-making and evaluate different architectural alternatives.

Cross-Architecture Capabilities – 20%

• Review and assess application portfolios across different countries.

• Define the scope and boundaries between the global Customer Interaction platform and other global platforms.

• Contribute to enterprise architecture activities and strategic technology decisions.

• Prepare architectural proposals, documentation, and presentations for senior management and steering committees.

• Identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, and optimization across the application landscape.

• Collaborate with enterprise, solution, data, and technical architects to ensure architectural alignment.

Requirements

Must-have

• Strong experience working with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform Customer Data Platform (CDP).

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).

• Experience designing enterprise and solution architectures for customer interaction or Martech platforms.

• Solid knowledge of Data Architecture and data integration.

• Experience designing solution architectures in AWS environments.

• Experience integrating cloud platforms with on-premise or local enterprise systems.

• Ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders, including business, functional, technical, and architecture teams.

• Experience working in large-scale, enterprise, or international environments.

• Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, data flows, and distributed architectures.

• Experience translating business and functional requirements into technical and architectural solutions.

• Strong documentation and presentation skills, including the ability to prepare materials for senior management.

• Fluent Spanish and English.

• Advanced English level (C1).

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

• Experience with Adobe Workfront.

• Experience in Martech, Customer Experience, CRM, or Customer Data platforms.

• Experience with additional AWS services and cloud-native architectures.

• Experience in Enterprise Architecture frameworks and methodologies.

• Experience working with global platforms deployed across multiple countries.

• Experience in application portfolio management and technology landscape assessment.

• Experience working with senior management and steering committees.

• Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance requirements for enterprise data platforms.
