We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Virtual Assistant to support our
client’s growing team with recurring operational and marketing admin tasks.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, process-driven work, learns new systems
quickly, and takes pride in organization and accuracy. While some tasks involve marketing
platforms and creative assets, prior marketing experience is not required — we will provide
training on all workflows and systems.

This is a part-time role starting at approximately 20 hours per week, with potential to grow into a
full-time position over time.

Key Responsibilities
Google Ads Administrative Support
● Review Google Ads search terms reports
● Identify irrelevant or low-quality search queries
● Add negative keywords based on provided guidelines
● Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across multiple client accounts

Document & Flyer Management
● Update fillable PDF versions of marketing flyers
● Upload updated documents to various platforms and systems
● Replace outdated files in websites, CRMs, and archives
● Maintain tracking spreadsheets and organized file structures

General Administrative Support
● Follow documented processes and SOPs
● Assist with repetitive but important operational tasks
● Communicate progress and timelines clearly with the team
● Help maintain smooth internal workflows and fast client turnaround times


Requirements
● Administrative or virtual assistant experience
● Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat
● Strong attention to detail
● Excellent organizational skills
● Comfortable learning new tools and systems quickly
● Reliable communication and responsiveness
● Ability to manage recurring tasks independently
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
● Positive attitude and willingness to learn


Preferred (But Not Required)
● Experience with Google Ads platforms
● Experience working with remote teams
● Experience using CRMs or project management systems
