Provide general administrative support including managing the reception inbox and updating customer and asset information in company systems. Assist with database clean-up, document management, and the improvement of administrative processes.
• Provide general administrative support to management and internal teams.
• Monitor and manage the reception inbox.
• Respond to or redirect client and supplier enquiries as required.
• Maintain and update customer, property, asset, and job information within company systems.
• Convert approved quotes into jobs/tasks within the system.
• Assist with database clean-up and ongoing data accuracy.
• Support system and database projects relating to new processes and workflow improvements.
• Update records in line with new procedures and business requirements.
• Assist with filing, document management, and general office administration.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Assist with improving administrative processes and system efficiencies.
