| Position Summary | Assessment & Learning, a division of Undergraduate Medical Education
(UME), is looking to hire a talented individual for our Administrative
Assistant 2 position. We are looking for someone who likes to interact with a
diverse range of people, including students, staff, and faculty, cares about
accuracy and quality, has great organizational skills, thinks creative
problem solving is fun, and enjoys a challenge and working as a member of a
well-functioning team. Finalists should be prepared to provide official educational transcripts if selected for hire. |

| Minimum Qualifications | High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |

| Additional Requirements | Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. However, occasional weekend and/or evening work may be required, depending on department needs. |
