Responsibilities:

• We are seeking to recruit qualified and experienced Adjunct faculty to teach online programs in the following areas: Business, Management, Marketing, Organizational Leadership, and Project Management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Candidates must have M.A., M.S, M.Ed., with at least 18 hours in their respective areas and professional experience in the field of study.
• Certifications and industry experience required where necessary.
• Preference will be given to those having prior undergraduate-level teaching experience.
• Strong communication skills, ability to provide mentorship and guidance remotely by email, phone and or video call, and willingness to offer extensive feedback on student work required.
• ABD’s will be considered with appropriate 18 hours in the specific field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree preferred in related field.
• Prior college teaching experience is strongly preferred.
• On-line teaching experience and/or Quality Matters certification strongly preferred
