Valparaiso University's Master of Organizational Leadership (MOL) program seeks highly qualified Adjunct Assistant Professors to join our interdisciplinary team, beginning January 2027. Housed in the College of Arts and Sciences, this 100% online, asynchronous program is designed to prepare students to explore values-based leadership. A dedicated pool of adjunct faculty will play a critical role in delivering transformative educational experiences across seven-week course sessions throughout the academic year. This is a semester-by-semester appointment teaching one to two courses per semester. |
