Accounts Receivable Accountant

Core Responsibilities

• Invoice billing: ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices.
• Process cash allocations by reconciling bank statements with remittance advices, closing paid invoices, and accurately posting cash entries.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding accounts receivable matters.
• Handle and resolve customer and stakeholder inquiries, primarily via email.
• Support and mentor less experienced team members through knowledge sharing, training, and practical guidance.
• Complete month-end closing activities and handle required reporting.
  

Required Skills and Experience

• Up to 1–2 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles.
• Must have background in accounting operations or international business environment.
• Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
