About the role

We are seeking a Part-Time detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our Finance team. In this role, you will support day-to-day AP operations, maintain accurate financial records, and play a key part in keeping our payables processes running smoothly and efficiently.


Hours: 15 – 20 hours per week

What you'll do

  • Review, triage, and respond to incoming AP correspondence through the Finance email inbox in a timely and organized manner
  • Maintain complete and accurate records for all accounts payable transactions, invoices, and supporting documentation
  • Enter, verify, and reconcile financial data across systems, and assist with data cleanup projects to support overall data integrity
  • Execute standard accounts payable workflows independently, adhering to internal controls and departmental procedures

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy across data and documentation
  • Comfort working in financial systems, such as NetSuite
