Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Associate to support our team. The role will be responsible for managing accounting functions, assisting with administrative tasks, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations. 
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or higher
• Experience with QuickBooks
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Your Skill Set Will Include 

Accounting 
• Manage day-to-day accounting functions using QuickBooks
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare and send invoices to clients 
• Track payments and follow up on outstanding invoices 
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Assist with job costing and project tracking
• Generate financial reports as requested 
Administrative Support
• Assist with scheduling, emails, and general office coordination
• Maintain organized digital and physical records
• Support project documentation and report distribution
• Coordinate with field technicians and project managers
• Assist with proposals and contract documentation.

This is a remote position.
