Role Overview
As an Accountant, you will have the opportunity to manage complex payroll operations, multi-currency transactions, and financial reporting for a dynamic fintech company. You'll be at the forefront of financial operations, driving process improvements and ensuring compliance across various jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage payroll operations for 50+ contractors across multiple currencies, including FX conversions and crypto payroll processing.
Handle invoice validation, vendor management, and maintain accurate accounting records.
Perform reconciliations, month-end closing activities, and support financial report preparation.
Support budgeting processes and perform budget vs actual analysis.
Ensure accounting compliance, support VAT/tax processes, and coordinate with auditors.
Drive accounting process improvements and strengthen financial controls.
Requirements
Strong Accounting Knowledge
Solid understanding of IFRS/GAAP, statutory reporting, and corporate tax principles.
Hands-on experience with accounting platforms and advanced Excel skills.
Experience with multi-currency accounting and FX transactions.
Experience working with auditors, tax compliance, and risk management.
Ability to maintain accounting records and drive process improvements.
Languages: English B2, Russian C1.
Experience in fintech.
