Role Description

We’re building a product for solo entrepreneurs in Poland and Eastern Europe to radically simplify invoicing and tax reporting, turning a complex process into a 3-step experience.

We're currently looking for a part-time Accountant to help us establish and maintain efficient accounting processes, support financial reporting, and ensure compliance as we grow.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Experience with tax compliance and reporting.

• Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher (written and spoken).

• Experience working with startups, fintech, or SaaS companies is a plus.

• Knowledge of Polish accounting and tax regulations is a strong advantage.
