Accountant (FOP Support)

We are looking for an Accountant to join our team and support the day-to-day accounting operations for our FOPs. In this role, you will work closely with the finance team, help ensure accurate and timely processes, and contribute to smooth accounting operations across our businesses.

What you will do:

• participate in the accounting support process for individual entrepreneurs (FOPs) under the Group 3 simplified tax system;
• monitor timely and accurate payments to FOPs;
• assist with calculating taxes on FOP income and monitoring timely tax payments;
• ensure that FOP tax reports are submitted on time;
• maintain primary accounting documentation and check that it complies with current legal requirements;
• assist with the registration and closure of FOPs;
• open and close bank accounts;
• assist with obtaining electronic digital signatures (EDS) for client banking systems.

What we’re looking for:

• at least 1 year of experience as an accountant managing individual entrepreneurs (PE);
• proficiency in PC usage, including Google Docs;
• familiarity with the Taxpayer’s Electronic Cabinet and the Diia service;
• atrong knowledge of accounting and tax legislation;
• ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment.
