About the Role:
Culligan Pure Waters is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant / Bookkeeper to join our team in Idaho Falls, ID! In this role, you'll play a vital part in keeping our financial operations running smoothly as we continue to grow and serve our customers. Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, bank reconciliations, and ledger management
- Prepare and process payroll in a timely and accurate manner
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review
- Monitor cash flow and assist with budget tracking and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and tax requirements
- Collaborate with management to support audits and financial planning initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related financial role
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms
- Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and financial reporting
- Familiarity with payroll processing and tax compliance
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
