We are seeking a high-performing Account Executive (AE) who is an absolute specialist at high-ticket B2B closing. In this role, you will be a pure closer. Supported by our dedicated Business Development Representative (BDR) and our inbound marketing systems, your sole mission will be to find and cultivate prospects, build trust, present our Automotive Strategy Analysis (ASA), and close contracts. You will report directly to our Sales Director, Brian. He’s a badass.
Location: Remote with anticipated travel 6–12 times per year for conferences and industry events.
Compensation: Base salary plus commission targeting $100,000 to $140,000+ annually based on performance (with long-term advancement opportunities as the sales pod scales).
Execute the Pipeline: Master all company offerings, marketing strategies, scripts, and pre-built sales systems to represent Fountain Forward with a comprehensive understanding of our services.
Run Strategy Presentations: Take qualified leads handed off by our BDR, analyze their submitted dealership data packages (ADFs), and deliver high-impact Automotive Strategy Analysis (ASA) presentations.
Relentless Follow-Up: Manage your active prospect pipeline daily through our CRM tools, maintaining flawless data accuracy and pursuing outstanding contracts through the entire 60-day sales cycle.
Relationship Building: Nurture client relationships from the first discovery sync through the final signature. Write personalized, handwritten follow-up letters to prospects following completed discovery calls.
Self-Generated Pipelines: While you are heavily supported by Meta ads and a dedicated BDR, you are expected to proactively prospect, network, and self-generate a portion of your own pipeline via outbound outreach, industry events, and digital conferences.
Daily & Weekly Expectations
Maintain a rigorous daily prospecting and activity schedule, keeping 100% accurate, real-time notes on every lead in Salesforce.
Review your pipeline velocity and micro-conversion metrics (Show rates, Presentation rates, and Close rates) weekly with the Sales Director.
Meet or exceed monthly closing quotas (Target: 4–5 new dealership contracts signed per month).
The Closing Mindset: Drive and resilience are paramount. You hold yourself to the highest performance standards and bring a relentless attitude to overcoming objections and rejection.
Industry Experience: 3+ years of high-ticket B2B sales experience specifically selling digital, marketing, or software solutions directly to Automotive Dealerships (GMs, Owners, and Dealer Principals).
CRM Discipline: Extreme comfort navigating and logging activities inside Salesforce.
Remote Accountability: You are a self-starter who thrives working 100% remotely, managing your own schedule, and hitting deadlines without needing direct supervision.
Coachability: You are excited to participate in ongoing sales training, practice scripts, and constantly push yourself to sharpen your closing techniques.
