About the Role:

  • Reviews prescription data allocations for assigned pharmacy locations and 340B covered entities.
  • Ensures the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data, analyses, and internal system outputs by following quality assurance procedures and conducting thorough reviews.
  • Analyzes client data to identify trends, forecast performance, and recommend opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Prepares monthly client and replenishment reports, as well as accounting journal entries, accurately and on schedule.
  • Coordinates monthly 340B replenishment orders with pharmacy locations.
  • Audits replenishment orders to identify fulfillment shortages and determine whether additional orders are needed.
  • Oversees the reconciliation of replenishment orders and escrow accounts.
  • Meets monthly with assigned 340B covered entity clients to review settlement reports and discuss program performance.
  • Prepares ad hoc reports for 340B covered entity clients and management, as requested.
  • Coordinates the establishment of wholesaler accounts for new 340B clients.
  • Assists to ensure the accuracy of replenishment receivable, MOD payable, and drug payable accounts across all covered entities.
  • Supports Sales and Account Management activities related to the 340B Program.
  • Maintains current knowledge of 340B requirements, regulations, and industry developments.
  • Requires approximately 5%–10% travel, with additional travel as needed to support business requirements.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Adheres to all company policies and standards while demonstrating the Company’s core values and supporting its organizational goals.

 

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare, or a related field from an accredited college or university
  • 3+ years of experience in an Accounting or Finance preferred
  • Experience in healthcare/pharmacy industry preferred
  • Internal and/or external auditing experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite with proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Able to speak effectively before groups of customers and/or employees
  • Proactive in identifying and analyzing problems and providing solutions
  • Ability to travel for business approximately 5–10%, with occasional additional travel as needed
  • Flexibility to work adjusted schedules during peak periods, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities
  • Spanish bilingual skills are preferred but not required

Pay range: $70,000 - $77,000 per year, based on credentials and geographic location.
