Since 2009, we have been developing our core product - a trading system for brokerage operations in the stock market.
More than 700,000 users across 41 countries use our applications.
We are looking for a First-Line Technical Support Administrator to strengthen our Technical Support department and handle the growing volume of user requests.
Please note this is a fully remote position open to candidates located in any country within approximately up to 3 hours east and up to 1 hour west of Cyprus.
Key responsibilities:
- Communicate with internal users of trading and banking systems in writing.
- Analyze and register requests, clarify details, and classify them by priority.
- Assist users by setting up and using our financial products and trading platform.
- Resolve standard technical issues and escalate requests to the second-line support team when necessary.
- Maintain reports and document requests, and solutions.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in user technical support and/or a call centre.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and some experience working with databases and task trackers.
- Russian language proficiency is mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic technical literacy and a willingness to deepen your knowledge in this area.
- Responsibility, punctuality, and stress resilience.
Nice to Have:
- English proficiency at B2 level or above.
- Understanding the basic principles of financial markets and exchange operations.
- Experience working with databases and SQL queries.
