Over that time, the business has grown from a small consultancy focused on one market into a nationwide recruitment business covering a broad range of sectors, including Healthcare and Law. Our client is seeking a Resourcer for a high-volume sourcing and candidate management role. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential candidates, conducting initial screening calls, assessing suitability against clearly defined criteria, and booking qualified candidates directly into the Consultants' interview diaries.

The role is designed to strengthen the client's candidate pipeline and allow the Consultants to focus their time on registration interviews and candidate progression.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Attraction

·   Advertise all live roles across multiple job sites/platforms

·   Manage all candidate responses generated through job advertising platforms.

·   Proactively source candidates in key geographical areas and develop strong local talent pools.

·   Identify and engage candidates who meet the requirements of the client's Healthcare and Hospitality clients.

·   Maintain a consistent flow of suitable candidates into the recruitment process.

·   Support and manage the company's candidate referral scheme.

·   Contribute to candidate attraction campaigns and social media content.

Candidate Screening

·   Conduct initial telephone screening with candidates to establish their suitability and availability.

Interview Booking & Candidate Management

·   Book qualified candidates directly into dedicated Consultant interview slots.

·   Coordinate candidate availability with Consultant diaries.

·   Maintain accurate records of candidate activity and outcomes.
