About the project 

As a BA Project Leader  you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, UX/UI, and development teams, translating functional needs into clear, actionable visual specifications. We are looking for a Business Analyst with solid experience in requirements gathering and screen design (wireframes, mockups, and prototypes) for systems and applications.

What you’ll do 

• Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements in collaboration with key users and business stakeholders.
• Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that represent user flows and business rules.
• Develop user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria based on the proposed designs.
• Validate screen designs with end users and business teams before moving into development.
• Serve as the liaison between business, UX/UI, and development teams to ensure that screens meet functional requirements and deliver the expected user experience.
• Document functional specifications to support and complement screen designs.
• Define workflows in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Participate in design review and feedback sessions with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring that the final implementation aligns with the approved designs.

What makes you a great fit 🎯

• Minimum of  5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
• Proven experience designing screens, wireframes, or prototypes—not only documenting requirements.
• Proficiency with screen design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, Axure RP, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Knowledge of BPMN and/or UML notation for process modeling.
• Experience with requirements and backlog management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles, including visual hierarchy, usability, and accessibility.
• Ability to prepare functional documentation, including user stories.
