Role: B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

Monthly Rate: $900-1100

Availability: 40 hours/week

3️⃣ 1-Minute Introduction Video – Record a short introduction video (preferably using Loom) and provide the link in your application. Before you do, check out these video tips and sample videos. Requirements

Experience Needed/Responsibilities:

- Purely a cold-calling role focused on setting B2B appointments

- Independently prospect and build call lists without hand-holding

- Execute high-volume cold calling — top performers stay consistent through large call volumes and don't lose energy or tone across a full day of dials

- Strong persuasion and real-time objection handling; able to keep a prospect on the line, reframe pushback, and drive toward a booked slot rather than reading from a rigid script

- Resilient to rejection and steady under repeated "no's",  the emotional durability to keep dialing is often what separates strong cold callers from average ones

- Clear, confident phone presence with a neutral, easily understood accent and natural conversational rapport

- Disciplined follow-up and accurate note-taking so no lead or callback slips

- Book 15 cold-call appointments per month

Good to have:

- Proven B2B sales skills beyond appointment setting (e.g., qualifying, discovery)

- Track record cold calling into US markets

- Familiarity with real estate and/or M&A outreach (wholesalers, brokers, PE, family offices)

Non-negotiable Requirements:

- Ability to work independently setting appointments, great spoken english

- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, confident phone presence

- Proven appointment-setting track record — able to reliably book 15 appointments/month

Industry/Tools Experience:

- Google Sheets

- CRM database experience
