The Solutions Engineer will partner with the sales team to address customer technical requirements and drive product adoption through demonstrations and proof-of-concept projects. They will act as a technical expert to overcome objections and translate customer feedback into actionable product insights.
Design and implement import pipelines to convert proprietary CAD formats into Zoo's KCL programming language. Build systems to extract feature information, geometry, and design intent from third-party CAD applications.
Design and maintain core systems and services to ensure platform reliability, performance, and scalability. Build automation tooling and integrations while troubleshooting issues across the backend, infrastructure, and occasionally the frontend.
Take ownership of the reliability, automation, and evolution of core cloud systems and infrastructure. Design and maintain scalable services, build developer tooling, and troubleshoot issues across the full stack.
Develop and optimize the frontend of the Zoo Design Studio modeling app, focusing on performance and user experience. Collaborate with backend teams to implement robust APIs and integrate WebAssembly and CodeMirror extensions.
Contribute to the development of next-generation cloud-native CAD tools and AI-powered engineering workflows. Help the company redefine how hardware products are designed, developed, and manufactured.
