ZODL

You will own the product strategy and execution for the Zodl wallet, building a product function that connects strategy with engineering and design. You will lead the R&D agenda, refine product specifications, and ensure the organization makes consistent, high-quality product decisions.

The Director of Security is responsible for overseeing security incident response, managing external security assessments, and improving the resilience of Zcash protocols and software. They will also act as an internal adversarial party to identify vulnerabilities and provide security guidance to staff.

Build and maintain ZODL's core infrastructure and wallet stack, specifically focusing on the Zallet CLI wallet and Rust-based core libraries. Collaborate with cryptography experts to implement protocol features and support downstream mobile teams.
