The Behavioral Scientist will advise on the strategic growth of the Global Muslim Studies Division and execute empirical research using quantitative and qualitative methods to explore religious, social, and psychological dynamics of Muslim populations. This role involves leading the full lifecycle of studies, from instrument design and data collection to advanced statistical analysis and publication.

The Research Scientist will design, execute, and analyze empirical research focusing on the religious, social, and psychological dynamics of Muslim populations globally, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative methods. This role involves managing the full study lifecycle, from instrument design and data collection to advanced statistical analysis and producing peer-reviewed publications.

This role manages the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for core content products, primarily the Yaqeen Curriculum, ensuring seamless integration and ongoing management on digital platforms. Key duties involve leading project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing CMS deployment, and participating in Program Increment (PI) planning to align content initiatives with organizational goals.
