The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the delivery of technical, administrative, financial, and logistical support services for the FSSP in South Sudan. Key tasks include sourcing human resources, managing project documentation, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery.

Provide technical advice and support to partners to improve the inclusion of refugee and displaced youth in their programs. This includes facilitating workshops, developing inclusive tools, and reviewing program designs to address barriers for displaced populations.

Provide specialized technical assistance to Mastercard Foundation partners to improve the inclusion of refugee and displaced youth in economic and educational programs. Responsibilities include adapting institutional policies, providing regulatory guidance, and leading community outreach and mentorship.

Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to ensure the DREEM initiative reflects the perspectives and needs of refugee and displaced youth. Act as ambassadors for the program and support community engagement and information dissemination across Africa.

Conduct a combined final evaluation using Outcome Harvesting and Endline surveys to measure project impact and performance indicators. Design collection tools, supervise field teams, and produce comprehensive reports in both French and English.
