Act as the primary point of contact for clients via calls, email, and chat to resolve queries and provide high-touch support. Manage the onboarding process for high-net-worth clients while ensuring accurate record-keeping and adherence to service-level agreements.

The associate will support Shariah governance by reviewing internal documents, contracts, and product materials for compliance. They will also maintain approval records, conduct research on Islamic finance standards, and assist with audit requirements.

Lead the legal establishment and launch of Wahed's US private client offering, focusing on estate planning and Islamic legacy services. Develop legal frameworks, draft core documents, and ensure regulatory compliance across various US jurisdictions.

The QA Intern will support the Product team by executing hands-on, manual testing across the mobile application (iOS & Android), focusing on end-to-end user journeys and validating new features and regional configurations. Beyond bug identification, the role requires proactively suggesting product and UX improvements and maintaining structured test cases.
