You will manage end-to-end technical implementations of Voxel's edge AI platform, including camera integration and network configuration. You will also collaborate with internal teams and customer IT departments to ensure successful site deployments and provide technical documentation.
The Solutions Architect will lead technical discovery and design tailored edge AI solutions for enterprise customers, ensuring seamless integration with their IT and security environments. They will act as a bridge between customers and internal product teams to resolve technical blockers and shape the product roadmap.
Act as the second line of defense for enterprise customers by resolving complex technical issues related to the edge AI platform and network infrastructure. Collaborate with Customer Success and Engineering teams to document bugs and develop internal troubleshooting guides.
Act as the final technical escalation point to resolve complex, high-severity platform issues across edge hardware, networking, and cloud infrastructure. Partner with Engineering and Product teams to drive permanent code fixes and improve platform reliability.
Drive net-new revenue growth by acquiring strategic Fortune 500 customers in industrial and supply chain sectors. Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and executive relationship building to closing complex deals.
